Responsible for design, development and release of v6, v7 and v8 of Ultimus (Adaptive) BPM Suite. - Direction of design for various components and review of detailed designs. - Technical Product Management and coordination between Product Management in Corporate to understand marketing needs and issues, come up with appropriate solutions. - Managing the team of software development team of 30+ resources which included Developers, Assistant Product Managers, Design Leads, and Project manager
