I organized the movement of warehouse to another location two months after employment without stopped work on the shipment of goods. The result: Saving of rental costs amounted approximately 4,5 Mln. Rur. Per year (without VAT). 2. I increased productivity staff on 304% without capital and operation costs. The result: Saving of staff costs amounted approximately 7,5 mln. Rur per year without lost a warehouse service level.3. I reorganized department of inventory management goods with reorganization of processes. The result: The level of inventory goods is decreased on 52% at the same time as 35% increase division sales. I implemented anti-illiquid goods system. The number of staff was decreased by automating processes. 4. I reorganized the processes in the transport department. The result: The transport utilization factor was increased from 20% to 80% on the city transportation of goods. The transport cost in the long-distance was decreased from 16% to 9% in the COG. After relocation in Moscow 1. I fixed problem processes in the warehouse management system 2. I implemented the warehouse management system (WMS) at our 9th regional warehouses3. I developed and implemented inventory management system of goods and distribution system of goods.
