Current• Perform information security risk assessments, evaluates the design and effectiveness of securitycontrols, manage risk, and provides advice for the implementation of security controls;• Ensure information security standards are applied to the enterprise environment (NIST, UK government…)• Performs operational assessment, prioritization, and remediation of enterprise vulnerabilities;• Assists with coordinating remediation for any gaps reported in audits or recommended… Show more • Perform information security risk assessments, evaluates the design and effectiveness of securitycontrols, manage risk, and provides advice for the implementation of security controls;• Ensure information security standards are applied to the enterprise environment (NIST, UK government…)• Performs operational assessment, prioritization, and remediation of enterprise vulnerabilities;• Assists with coordinating remediation for any gaps reported in audits or recommended processimprovements that affect core information security services;• Provides insight and guidance to IT software and hardware upgrades and other projects to ensureproduction environments meet and exceed minimum security standards;• Administration of Microsoft Defender and Microsoft 365 environment ;• Creating lab environments and user documentation and training employeesProactively reviewing existing tickets in the JIRA queue.Taking the lead and initiative to work with other teams and partners to resolve ticketsReviewing report weekly to check for new Critical and High (CVSS > 7.9) vulnerabilities and alert any new issues on the team chat.Analyze emails reported in the Phishing inbox and respond within 24 working hours.Opening incident tickets and corresponding Support Tickets for Windows and Linux vulnerabilities when receiving emails from Microsoft for Critical vulnerabilities (CVSS > 7.9)Gather and document KPI data in an agreed frequencyKeep track of all BAU and project tasks and update the team report on at least a weekly basis.Update security processes documentation in Confluence when necessaryComplete all assigned project tasks within a satisfactory timePropose and implement new ideas on how to improve the handling and tracking of security processes.Help with planning and running pentesting activitiesReview and improve management for endpoint devicesTake ownership of the migration process and co-ordinate with other teams Show less
