During my studies I gained my first working experience in company NLB Bank A.D. as a Help desk technician working on maintenance of Microsoft Windows machines, Microsoft AD, DNS and DHCP, and all other tasks helping other people with everyday problems. In the same time period I finished CISCO CCNA course and started working with network devices. Since 2011. I have been working as a System Administrator, which applies ticketing system with permanent monitoring of the efficiency and quality of IT support and work with users. Assignments attributed to this position also include proper functioning of Microsoft server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Print and file servers) as well as realization of projects related to their advancement. .
