Liaison with Investors• Develop solutions to overcome obstacles and increase Investor production• Discuss productions to ensure Investors is acquainted with the goals/achievements• Ensure investor compliances with regulatory requirements (OSFI)• Regularly meet with Investors to foster stronger partnershipsMarketing, Planning, and Product Development• Review and recommend changes to policies and products that will allow increases in production and/or take advantage of market opportunities• Develop management tools to measure and analyze financial and operational information (e.g. funding ratios forecasting, liquidity analysis, and product performance analysis). • Encourage creativity, achievement in development of ideas, and implementation of new initiatives in products, processes or service.• Identify Investor needs and develop action plan to fulfill the requirement Project Management• Negotiate and redraft various contract parameters• Implement process changes/improvement as per project recommendations• Introduce new products and negotiate economic terms • Coach, mentor and lead personnel within a capital markets environment.

· Managing the in-house Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS), Canada Mortgage Bond (CMB) and Asset Back Securities (ABS) programs· Participate in Canadian National Housing Act (NHA) MBS Auction Operations· Pricing and evaluating MBS that are issued internally and externally· Developed knowledge of managing interest rate risk with mortgage assets.· Mark to market of funded and committed assets in our pipeline· Develop market analysis of key indicators that impact the change in Canadian mortgage industry· Trading Treasury Bond, MBS, Swap, REPO
