2019-2021; Working with the CEO, led and delivered key strategic initiatives and business transformation projects for Gore Mutual (a B2B) during a time of rapid scale rooted in a new brand and purpose, “Insurance for Good,” and technology infrastructure. During this time, I also led the launch of a new B2C digital-first, omni-channel distribution channel called Insurance Store. Directly responsible for Gore’s elevation and influence in the industry, milestones included delivering a 22% revenue increase from $500M to $600M resulting from a complex thought leadership strategy I designed that saw Gore trend at the number 1 position on Twitter in Canada for the event, Fast Forward.2015-2019: Grew brand prominence and transformed the B2B market perception of Gore Mutual as a small-town mutual insurance company to a sophisticated and capable insurance manufacture to fuel explosive growth to $500M from $400M (moving Gore Mutual from the 24th to 18th largest insurance company in Canada – now currently at 16) - delivering the single largest revenue gain in company history. Managed a $2.5M budget, rebuilt and led a high performing team of 6 managers and a 15+ marketing, communications, digital, product and event specialists leading the company to over a dozen national and global digital and marketing awards.

Managed a $2.5M budget, rebuilt and led a high performing team of 6 managers and a 15+ marketing, communications, public relations, digital, product and event specialists leading to various digital awards. Led public relations and change management for Next Horizon business transformation.

Led the brand reinvention of a regional charity and former branch of the Toronto Children’s Aid Society to a recognized national children’s charity reaching $20M in annual fundraising. Restructured and built a new marketing with specialized talents in PR, communications, events, design, digital and UX. Here I also designed and implemented new donor strategies and proposals, successfully retaining $2M in renewals, $8M in new grants, and $12M in overall revenue from key partners that included TELUS, CGI, Scotiabank, TD, CIBC, TELUS, and Wendy’s. I also Co-led and delivered a record-breaking fundraising event in 2013, the Children’s Aid Foundation’s Teddy Bear Affair Gala which raised $2M (in a single evening) from 1,100 attendees and corporate sponsors. Another highlight was leading the generation of $2M in new funds by implementing a series of retail fundraising campaigns in partnership with MLSE, RONA, Sobeys and Jamie Oliver
