My key responsibility is everything related to design, design communications and aesthetics.- Managed and lead a team of 15+ designers, overseeing the work of the design department andcoordinating with 5 related departments. Monitored project deadlines and budgets, tracked teamefficiency and development, and controlled KPIs. Trained and mentored new team members, sharingmy experience and expertise.- Developed product designs for Teslasuit, Teslaglove, and packaging, overseeing all stages ofdevelopment.- Successfully developed investment projects and presentations, created digital marketing materials,and conceptualized product promotion events. Collaborated with the marketing team and partners tobrainstorm ideas.- Generated innovative design ideas and theories, experimenting with different approaches andcreating templates for communication.- Created and redesigned the TESLASUIT brand and website.In 2019-2020, I brought the design in the TESLASUIT project to the world level, earned RED DOT, CES,etc. awards. My design helped the project attract tens of millions of investments.
