This $115 million project involved extensive rehabilitation of the ageing concrete throughout 68 story skyscraper. We were using 220 metres high acess system , entirely waterproof and dustproof. Within my role, I was in charge of 10-15 workers of various trade as well as organising purchases for materials and tools needed, performing daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, swms reviews, liaising with project engineers, supervisors, construction managers and purchase officers. Some tasks I was involved with: NDI-s (Non Destructive Facade Investigation)with Corromaping and Covermeters, Concrete Aggregate Exposure, Concrete hand applied and form and pour repairs( rendering and plastering), Formwork/ Carpentry, Marble, Stonemasonry and Window sill repairs, Carbon Fibre Concrete slab repairs, Installation of Hybrid Cathodic Protection HCP, Metal Fabrication, Silane Application.
