• Led testing efforts for an automated subscriber management system "HelpDesk" for a major European telecom provider "Kyivstar". The application enables call center agents to obtain real-time subscriber information from multiple sources. It handles up to 2,600 concurrent users, displaying necessary data within three seconds.

• Previously I was involved in Genesys Echopass project. EchoSystem Manager (ESM) is a browser-based application that provides end-to-end administration, management and provisioning capabilities for contact center managers to manage the Genesys solution. ESM allows for the provisioning of new agents, management of existing user accounts, control of access to Genesys applications, creation of workgroups and account assignments, and management of the various settings for Genesys applications.• Previous project I engaged in testing an automated subscriber management system "HelpDesk" for a major European telecom provider "Kyivstar" with 27 million subscribers in Ukraine.• Previous project I was involved in a project to test a data management system for the same customer. The web application is used for managing client interactions and services, and is integrated with billing systems.

• A company providing enterprise management solutions, I participated in a project to develop a CRM system. This system helps track sales, manage inventory, monitor customer information and buyer trends, and generate reports on key metrics. I tested both the desktop application for 'BROCARD' and the cutting-edge SaaS version of the system, 'Workabox'. I developed test plan and test cases, and executed installation, configuration, GUI, usability, security, interoperability, stability, failover, recovery, documentation, volume, performance, and stress testing.

Zhytomyr

• Previously I participated in a project for a large Western European media and television software development company. I tested desktop application of a digital media production and management system used by over 60 international broadcasters and TV production houses all around the world. I developed test cases, checklists, and executed smoke, regression, installation, build acceptance, configuration, GUI, usability, security, and interoperability testing.
