• Partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business• Providing timely information and education for all levels of employees• Participating in the continual development of HR programs, such as Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Performance and Skills management, Talent Acquisition, Culture Development, Compensation and Benefits• Providing HR expertise in all areas of HR while also supporting with hands on approach and practical everyday tasks• Developing people strategies and diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction• Analyzing and interpreting various types of employee reports to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions

• Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives• Collaborating with managers to design and develop the process of performance management• Reviewing individual and organizational development needs and improving on existing processes• Designing and implementing innovative learning solutions (VR and AR trainings)• Monitoring the success of development plans

• Facilitating leadership, management, regulatory and hospitality trainings • Hosting general orientations and familiarizations to new members of the team• Working on developing various work related skills of members of our team • Conducting talent assessments• Delivering English classes and assessments• Working on successfully delivering important employee communications• Hosting events and recognition programs

• Constantly working on employee issues resolution and improving crew satisfaction• Processing of employee contracts and other legal paperwork• Handling and managing of personal employee files and passports• Processing of other confidential information such as personal data, payroll details, bank details, home addresses and medical records.• Coordinating with United States Custom and Border Protection due to operational needs (international members of the team).• Day to day expert usage of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)• Providing the courteous and hospitable service for Team Members• Communicating and working with all levels of management (shipboard and shore side)
