- Responsible for providing local IT Support for the Equinor Peregrino Field Fleet (Peregrino Alfa, Bravo, Charlie, and Peregrino FPSO) in an offshore schedule of 14x14.- Act as a local interface ("hands and eyes") in order to support remote IT, Telecom, and Cybersecurity teams on troubleshooting and improvements activities, like network, servers, information security, etc. - Local Focal Point regarding troubleshooting with Connectivity Solutions (VSAT, Radio Link) providing local 1st and 2nd level of support and acting together with the specialists on these solutions.- Support TELECOM solutions such as Meteorological, anti-collision radar systems, CCTV, Aeronautical Radio Recorders, VHF radios, and GMDSS systems.- Support all the IT Workplace solutions such as Printers, Desktops, Laptops, Collaboration Rooms, iPads, cell phones, and 1st and 2nd level of user support.- Support to Cybersecurity Team, acting as a local resource Offshore, for Technical Network troubleshooting, Shadow IT, TCC, and user awareness of Social Engineering and cybersecurity corporate rules.- Focal Point Offshore of the Project "Digital Field Worker" focused on providing digital tools such as iPads and MS HoloLens, running field apps, as a tool to facilitate daily crew routines. Responsible for configuring the devices, training the users, troubleshooting issues, and proposing improvements.

- Responsible for providing local IT Support for an average of 400 Users of the Equinor Peregrino Phase II Project onboard of CSSOlympia Floatel and Peregrino C Platform.- Act as a local interface ("hands and eyes") to support IT/Telecom onshore teams (network/servers) on troubleshooting and improvement activities maintaining a critical communication environment to support all the corporate IT resources demands and welfare condition for the crew in their rest time.- Focal point for IT-related Construction/Commissioning packets, acting as a local interface between offshore project teams and onshore IT Engineering teams, performing walk-downs for packets acceptance, visual inspection, and logical tests of IT solutions, following up findings and punches until the final and complete solution 100% up and running.- Responsible for preventive maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and local support for vendors and 3rd level support teams with Communication Circuit Links (Primary and Redundant) (VSAT, Radio Link, MPLS).- Support in TELECOM solutions, working with the project's commissioning team in tests, improvements, troubleshooting, and project packet acceptance of solutions such as Meteorological and Radar Systems, CCTV, and GMDSS systems.- Support the implementation of the Digital Field Tools during the Commissioning phase of the Project, providing devices such as iPads, and running corporate tools, as a tool to easy access to the paperwork on the field.

- Responsible for IT infrastructure and operations of Macaé Operations Base and Materials Base, 7 Drilling Rigs (4 Drill Ships + 3 Semi-Submersible)- Managing and following up on all IT operations costs including annual budget, costs forecast, and TCO development.- Onshore and Offshore project development, implementation, and operation.- Responsible for Offshore Units' telecommunication, monitoring, and acting in cases of failure supporting vendor's support team, preventive maintenance, and spare part strategy.- Experience with telecommunications solution implementations such as LAN/WAN Networks using Juniper and Cisco Hardware, VOIP solutions using Avaya and Cisco call managers, Link Shaping using Riverbed, Filter of Content with Bluecoat, and Server environment based on VMware.- IT Contracts and third parties management.- Third Parties Help Desk team for Offshore Units QOS management. (ITIL/COBIT)- Experience in projects with Big Oil & Gás Players like Petrobras and TOTAL.

- Responsible for supporting the IT Infrastructure of Macaé, Rio, and Santos offices, and acting offshore supporting the units, FPSO Cidade do Rio de Janeiro, FSO Cidade de Macaé, FPSO Cidade de Santos FPSO Cidade de Niterói, and FPSO Cidade de Angra dos Reis.- Supporting an IT environment using technologies based on Windows servers, Cisco routers/switches, Cisco Unified communications system (VOIP), Riverbed, Backup, etc.- 1st-level support of the communication circuits links such as VSAT, MPLS, and Radio, acting in troubleshooting sessions with the 3rd-level team or vendor's support team.- Monitor and act in faults recovery cases of the Offshore Units Link Circuit with all the proper procedures and priorities as critical environment demands.- Experience with IT Management tasks such as follow-up IT Annual Budget, third parties service agreements follow-up, Purchase Process, IT workplace, and IT infrastructure hardware park renewal, etc.

- Outsourced full-time allocated on Macaé Base, as IT User Support Analyst, part of the team responsible for supporting Brazil Ops Bases (Macaé and Rio) and 12 Drilling Rigs installed throughout South America.- 1st Level support of IP/VOIP solutions, IT Workplace (Desktops, Laptops, iPads, Cellphones, Printer Park, etc.) Print Server, A&V collaboration solutions, and Network Infrastructure of the onshore facilities.- 1st and 2nd Level support for the Offshore units, supporting corporate applications, desktops, printer park, network infrastructure, VSAT communication circuits, and basic server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, Print Server, etc.).

- L1 User Support- User Account, E-Mail Account Create and Administration, including File Server Administration and Users Folder Permission.- Hardware Maintenance (Desktops, Laptops and Printers)
