LOGISTIC/MATERIALS MANAGEMENT/FREIGHT FORWARD• Responsible for ordering, receiving, inventory management record keeping and taking care of all paper work during the issuing • Entering data and receiving materials in MATMAN & MAXIMO program, • Properly transferring all material into bin locations for accuracy of Inventory• Conducting weekly(Spot Inventory), monthly(10% Inventory) and yearly inventory, • Create and process (IPR) Internal Purchase Request• Running Tool Room and coordinate with Property office • Document control-files ,preparing, filing and maintenance• Reviews schedules and related information and confers with others to determine requirements to identify overdue materials and to track material. Requisitions material and establishes sequential delivery dates, according to priorities and material availability. Examines material delivered to verify conformance to specifications. Arranges transfer of materials to meet schedules. Computes amount of material required to complete jobs. Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, in-process reports, and status and location of materials. Move or transport materials. Arrange for repair and assembly of materials and/or parts. • Working on inventories and issuing, receiving, requisitioning in STEAM (MAXIMO) and also working in Stock N Roll.• Sending various reports from STEAM (MAXIMO) and Stock N Roll, also collect data for same reports.• Supervision and organization of work for workers inside Tool Room in absence of Tool Room Foreman.• Follow all procedures in PCP and SOP on TMDE calibration program for equipment and items under our Tool Room.• Prepare and process all paperwork for unserviceable items and turn them in to DRMO.• I also make technical inspection for tools and equipment under Tool Room.• Check and receive all material, and issue it to the end user when necessary.• Working on theater Cross levels.
