My work experience so far qualifies me for a wide range of work activities, both organizational and service activities, as well as communication with other employees and end users. I learn fast and I am very flexible in new and unforeseen situations. I see the problems that arise as challenges. I have worked in both government and nongovernment sectors, on different tasks such as event organization, administrative support, journalism, website and portal administration and currently as Project manager. I am a very communicative person, I gladly and easily enter into working relationships with other people, I am interested in learning new ways of working and improving the organization in which I work. I successfully organize various work activities, and I feel very capable in communicating with all relevant stakeholders, both to work associates and to external persons. I am happy to take the initiative and realize my work tasks. I have a high desire for professional success and I am motivated by the successful operation of the work organization, as well as an organized system.
