Channel developer specialized in IT distribution network.Soft Naert develops tailor made ERP and software packets for specific markets.Since 2008 we export eMeubel, our market leader vertical ERP software designed for large mono or multi furniture retail stores.Up to today we have exclusive distribution partnership in Italy, UK, France, India and Australia. My daily job consists in supporting the existing network with multi channel marketing actions, setting sales targets, giving full back office support, monitoring the markets & the competition.I do support the distributor during the customer analysis helping him identifying the prospect needs depending on the size, geographical location and ITC literacy.Once the analysis is done I discuss the offer, discounts and condition with the distribution partner.SKILLS: Project Management, Channel sales management, Communication skills for international market, Marketing Research, Negotiation

Smart 2 Push is designed to help brick & mortar retailers to sell more to existing customers and to turn bite and run buyers into loyal ones.Starting from a concept plan, together with our software developers we built turnkey multipurpose software that fits different retail segments. Our subscribers have only to personalize the app layout and, if they want, to couple it with their existing ERP software. Anyone then can start communicate with their customers. Smart 2 Push is much more than a simple news sender; with our Pick&Click system the retailer can promote a specific item to a specific customer; he/she then can book it directly and choose the pick up store. Customers can be profiled to match the offer (we consider several different parameters like the previous purchases, the brand affection, the spending behavior, the interaction with Facebook, previous booking/purchase ratio to name a few). With S2P we give to brick & mortar retailers the same tools of large multinational and we help competing with online stores. We charge our users a monthly fee depending on the group size and downloads.The development of Smart2Push took more than 1 year and we are starting now to approach the Belgian market planning to export it to other countries very soon..
