•Maintain General Ledger and subsidiary accounts in Lawson. •Oversee Accounts Payable activities, including approval of all invoices, travel expenses and check requests. Cash and State Grant’s reconciliation. Perform month closing procedures and analyze Financial Statements.• Interact with Headquarter Finance department regarding ongoing issues. •Control all departments Expenses to insure budget compliance. Approve college-wide supply orders. •Support all departments in accounting related activities. Manage reconciliation of Student Accounts in CARS. Allocate Capital Expenses between projects.
