As a leader of the Transit wireless Corporate IT department, I'm responsible for organization-wide Systems Implementation and maintenance and Information Security Program.Running regular checks on network and data securityIdentifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systemsDeveloping and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organizationDesigning training programs and workshops for staffConducting regular system auditsRunning and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staffOverseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outagesManaging and reporting on the allocation of IT budgetProviding direction for IT team membersOverseeing companywide Information Security program including regular staff training and Systems vulnerability scans

- Provide 24/7 onsite and on-call IT support for enterprise clients.- Design, implement and maintain full IT environments for small to medium size businesses.- Serve as a primary IT engineer for a number of high visibility clients within the Financial Services sector.- Maintain client relationships, recommend solutions and upgrades, manage vendors, and related inventory.- Provide guidance and training to clients and junior personnel.
