Business Development Manager
Current- ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES:- Manage 20 recruiters.
- Responsible for daily full life cycle recruitment of both technical and non-technical job requirements.
- Searching / Sourcing Profiles through Online (Job portals & other search engines) / Professional Network like LinkedIn/ Reference from Existing Database / employee referrals).
- Execute recruiting process, including developing sourcing strategy (proactively networking, cold calling, resume mining, database searching, etc.), pre-screening, interviewing, evaluating, and qualifying candidates.
- Collaborate with territory sales leaders and hiring managers on consistent basis to ensure positive candidate experience.
