Business Development Manager
CurrentROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES:- Manage 20 recruiters.• Responsible for daily full life cycle recruitment of both technical and non-technical job requirements. • Searching / Sourcing Profiles through Online (Job portals & other search engines) / Professional Network like LinkedIn/ Reference from Existing Database / employee referrals). • Execute recruiting process, including developing sourcing strategy (proactively networking, cold calling, resume mining, database searching, etc.), pre-screening, interviewing, evaluating, and qualifying candidates. • Collaborate with territory sales leaders and hiring managers on consistent basis to ensure positive candidate experience. • Mentoring new trainees and ensuring that they understand the process • Identifying & evaluating the key skills of the candidates with regard to the job description & negotiating the rate/salary with them.
