After graduating, I joined the global talent manager group of Electrolux, in management internships that took me to the US with a mission to consolidate purchasing and logistics between the China and the US. Upon returning to Europe, I was hired by the Boston Consulting Group in Prague, with a main focus on sales performance improvement in the financial sector. I then met a person named Declan Jones, who became my mentor and took me on the path of a unique experience with Gergonne, a French supplier of parts to the automotive industry. I was given the opportunity to start up a company and its activity in the CEE region from a clean sheet. As Gergonne Slovakia first employee, I went through the entire process and activities required to build a company from scratch. Today, Gergonne Slovakia has grown into a company with over 12 million Euros sales to more than 200 major clients in the automotive industry. We deliver components to 20 countries on 4 continents for 52 car models. Through direct involvement in sales, human resources, finance and purchasing, I was able to build a successful team, create company processes and set the levels of desired performance throughout the organization.
