I was a software developer and worked on Windward's document generation engine. Dealt with Office Open XML and its translation among different file formats, including PDF, HTML, plain text, and others. I worked with all components of the engine: parsing, data access and processing, the engine's macro language translation, output generation, and everything in between. Implemented RESTful API to the engine. Programmed mainly in Java, some C++ and C#. Contributed to the IKVM project where I ported it to the .NET Core.

Created access control application. The requirement was to allow a scanning of printed tickets using a bar-code scanner device. The implementation included Mac OS X and Windows versions, which were programmed in the C++ programming language using Qt4 libraries.Developed online ticketing system. The first version was implemented in PHP+MySQL. Afterwards, the PHP part was replaced by the Ruby on Rails framework.http://www.billetto.dk/

Internet TV project.Gained an experience in online TV broadcasting. The broadcasting was carrying out by the Microsoft Streaming services.Developed a solution which allowed the clients round the world to watch the programs being streamed over the Internet. The key technologies used were Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, C++, .NET, Silverlight.

Developed a database management software: the ScimoreDB management application programmed in the C# programming language. As it implies, it was the .NET based solution with managed/unmanaged code wrappers. Been working with embedded and distributed and highly scalable database management technologies.http://www.scimore.com/Some work has been done for the SPAMfighter company. Developed an anti-spyware application based on multi-tier architecture with HTML user interface. Developed a framework with a C++ API, which included real-time scanner and file system driver, suitable for usage in any kind of anti-virus and/or anti-spyware software.

While working in the Lithuanian office on an accounting software, used Oracle database servers, Oracle Forms & Reports applications, and created a customized OCX components, in the C++ programming language, for the Oracle Forms.

Gained an experience in the fields related to the systems and network administration. Being in a position of IT department manager I was responsible for building and managing regional distributed network, managing departmental computers, printers, plotters and other office equipment.

The starting point in my career. Was designed and programmed different in-house projects using Delphi, Perl and others. Played a role in the systems integration based on Oracle technologies, being responsible for transferring of corporate data from FoxPro tables into the Oracle servers.
