Igor Kotlyar, now a successful and established New York business executive, is originally from the city of Moscow, where he spent many of his formative years as both a child, an adolescent and early adulthood. Igor Kotlyar is proud of his Russian heritage, and does his best to make it back to Moscow to see his friends and family when and wherever he can.
