Our team has developed a ”Feedback-platform” for easy and agile collection of reviews and CSAT-polls. Our goal is to cover as many Tinkoff products as possible with our effective and quality solution. Teams like Travel, Payments, SME, Investments, Support, Lifestyle, Credit and Debit origination are already integrating our platform for CSAT-polls collection. This means that more than 20 different product teams will be able to monitor feedback from their users and make business decisions based on it. On the reviews side - we already store over 4 million of those for our colleagues from Travel team, and these reviews help our clients make their booking decisions. We are also going to migrate the very same 19 000 000 reviews I helped collect when I was an analyst.
