8 years of experience in ASIC field that includes:Components and full-chip development that includes: VHDL/Verilog coding, simulation (NCSim, Modelsim), Netlist synthesis (Design Compiler), Timing analysis (PrimeTime), Timing closure, FPGA prototyping;Several years experience in team leading – Team Lead position followed by Team Manager position;Experience in the project management – project discussing with customer, project understanding, project decomposition on tasks and tasks allocation for team members;Working in time critical projects.
