With a team of 5 we made a portable lighting device for photographers and videographers.We got $100K pre-orders at Kickstarters and shipped them. We presented device at Photokina (largest photo equipment exhibition). And it was a profitable lifestyle business.My responsibilities were leading the team and covering all product and software areas. I made a CRM for handling customers, firmware for gadgets, and set up an online shop.
