    The idea of the project was to build the product around the audience. The pilot was created with a certified fitness trainer, with an audience of 500k subscribers. We created a website selling fitness programs and later launched a mobile app. We scaled up by signing new opinion leaders and launching custom, customized websites and apps for them.Results: – Developed and released MVP with our first opinion leader in 1,5 months after initiation. – Payback period – 1 week after MVP release– In the first 2 years, thanks to the project, we grew audience of our first opinion leader from 500k to 800k and in the 3rd year we passed 1 million.– The project was shut down for a number of reasons arising from the outbreak of war. Total turnover over 5 years was about $2mln.

As part of the task, I needed to re-engineer business processes, design a new product, build a team and, seamlessly for the current audience, launch it into action.Results of my work as Head of Product Development:– Improved the gamification of the service, which increased the audience loyalty metrics as well as the quantity and quality of the audience content.– Re-engineered business processes in product team, commercial, moderation and community management departments, helped reduce the load of the moderation and community departments and cut the payroll of these departments in half.– The launch of the contextual advertising system brought the project to a break-even point.– The redesign was presented in 2016.
