Among the most spectacular projects I can name: – Generation of individual video clips for concert participant from a concert, using AI/ML-based face detection. – An online concert that drew more than 300000 viewers in real time and set a Guinness record as the pop concert held at the highest altitude in Russia. Reload Motors is company developing the world's first hydrogen camper designed specifically for digital nomads. It takes into account the pros and cons of conventional campers and adds features important in the era of gadgets and meta-verses. Since this company is a startup, as the director of the digital ecosystem, I am not only responsible for all the digital products of the company, but also closely involved in many strategic tasks such as pitch-decking, communication with investors for the investment attraction, patenting technologies, building relationships with contractors and partners etc.Results of my work as Digital Ecosystem Director: – MOUs signed with the major companies in the MENA region. Companies names under NDA. – Developed a market entry strategy with digital products and defended it before the board of directors – Developed product roadmap for the next 10 years in the following areas: HMI-related products, marketplace (sales, including fractional ownership support, second-market sales, rentals, insurance, in-car features subscriptions etc.), in-vehicle ai/ml systems, DLT-products etc – Developed a pre-alpha version of the telematics AI-based product, alpha version of the marketplace.

The idea of the project was to build the product around the audience. The pilot was created with a certified fitness trainer, with an audience of 500k subscribers. We created a website selling fitness programs and later launched a mobile app. We scaled up by signing new opinion leaders and launching custom, customized websites and apps for them.Results: – Developed and released MVP with our first opinion leader in 1,5 months after initiation. – Payback period – 1 week after MVP release– In the first 2 years, thanks to the project, we grew audience of our first opinion leader from 500k to 800k and in the 3rd year we passed 1 million.– The project was shut down for a number of reasons arising from the outbreak of war. Total turnover over 5 years was about $2mln.

Flamp is a recommendation service in b2b2c-segment with more than 1 million registered users and about 100 000 companies actively working with feedback.My goal was to reinvent a project launched as a media source into a recommendation service. As part of the task, I needed to re-engineer business processes, design a new product, build a team and, seamlessly for the current audience, launch it into action.Results of my work as Head of Product Development:– Improved the gamification of the service, which increased the audience loyalty metrics as well as the quantity and quality of the audience content.– Re-engineered business processes in product team, commercial, moderation and community management departments, helped reduce the load of the moderation and community departments and cut the payroll of these departments in half.– The launch of the contextual advertising system brought the project to a break-even point.– The redesign was presented in 2016.

Playtox is a company that creates multiplayer browser-based mobile games.My goal was to create an internal product ecosystem that became the basis for scaling the company's products.To achieve this goal, it was necessary to develop a number of internal products aimed at attracting, retaining, monetizing and returning users to the games. As well as creating tools to integrate partner games and seamlessly migrate the audience of the company's “live”-games to the new system, including all flagship products.My key results as Head of Platform Development was:– Built a platform development department from the ground up, built a team, and fine-tuned the ecosystem release process - from planning to support and feedback.– Launched an affiliate referral program, created a gaming social network vmmo.ru, uniting all the games in a single ecosystem, which allowed to attract inexpensive traffic, retain it and spill over between games.– The development of components of the ecosystem (reference links tracker, billing, affiliate program, social network for gamers) made it possible to launch the platform and games in other countries and increased company revenue almost 3 times.– Dense involvement in investor search and fundraising. The company successfully raised $3 million.

Alawar is a company that produces and distributes casual games.As a Mobile Games Producer, I was responsible for:– Production of new games from idea to release, localization, porting many hit PC-franchises to mobile devices.– Selection and signing contracts with third-party studios capable of high-quality and fast implementation of any idea within the budget and with copyright holders of hit games.– Selecting/auditing/producing game projects for investment, protecting budgets and overseeing launch on iOS and Android platformsMy key results as Mobile Games Producer was:– Signed contracts and successfully launching partnership projects with HP, Microsoft, Big Fish Games and many other major companies.– One of the games I produced (Robber Rabbits) came out to an MRR of $1mln

NMG Holding includes several companies that develop, publish and distribute digital content.As a producer and product manager, I was responsible for:– Studying technologies and setting up the production of ringtones, ringbacktones, videos, etc. Search and training of freelancers, preparing a platform for delivery and launching additional ways of their distribution - wap-platforms, IVR and USSD services.– Launched a great number of partnership WAP/IVR/USSD-projects with Disney, EA Interactive, MTS, Beeline and many others.– WePlay - managed the launch of an internal e-commerce startup specializing in the secondary market of video games for popular gaming platforms (buying and reselling). Results: – Revenues from product I launched exceeded 50% of the company's net profit in 4 months after the launch.– The MMR of WePlay was $100k in first couple months after launch and by the end of the first year it had grown to $250k
