Implemented a standardized process to overhaul the METCAL Program, contributing to an overall score of 87 percent during 2021 CNAF AMI.• Led 26 sailors in the completion of 865 maintenance actions to include the expeditious repair of 132 Elastomeric Bearings, 97 Bellcranks, 21 H-60 Windows, and 206 Stabilators, resulting in a 96 percent ready-for-issue rate, 55 percent reduction in backlog and a $1.8M cost avoidance in Depot level repairs in support of 23 tenant commands and 3 Carrier Strike Groups.• Track and upkeep 306 IMRL assets valued at $2.1M, resulting in zero critical and major discrepancies during annual work center audit and 23 QA spot checks.• Qualified 3 CDIs, 6 Tire and Wheel technicians, 2 Hydraulic Contamination technicians, and 7 A/M2 6u-4B Nitrogen Servicing Unit operators, culminating in a 25 percent increase in divisional qualifications.

• Qualified and mentored 2 CDQARs, 12 CDIs, 20 Plane Captains, 11 Tire and Wheel technicians, 13 Hydraulic Contamination technicians, 23 SE operators, 3 Fuel Surveillance technicians, 10 Airframe Apprentices, 6 Airframe Journeymen, and 8 EAWS qualifications, elevating work center qualifications and reducing backlog discrepancies by 20%.• With an unwavering focus on the mission, led my team in completing over 400 maintenance actions, including 9 major phase inspections, 1 PMI, 2 546-day inspections, 344 Daily and Turnaround inspections, amounting to 1,832 maintenance man-hours. This contributed to the achievement of 2,224 mishap-free flight hours in support of SAR/MEDEVAC operations across Guam and the Marianas Islands.• Tireless work ethic played a critical role in completing 93 special inspections, 25 conditional inspections, 6 phase inspections, and 13 major phase inspections, totaling over 2,100 man-hours, which resulted in over 100 successful launches and recoveries, minimizing delays to the flight schedule.
