Support ANSPs in deployment of new Thales EUROCAT system. Development and delivery of the training to the ANSPs in the field of FDPS, SNETs, ATC Tools, SYSCO, AMAN, HMI and Data preparation facility as well as Micronav simulator.Support THALES engineers in specifying and clarifying functional requirements for ATC Tools.Preparation and performance of validation tests.Development of the proposals for enhancements of EUROCAT functionalities and assessment of proposed system changes in order to determine their impact on safe and efficient use of ATC system.

Responsible for the development of Operational concept for the new ATM system for ACC and APP operations.Team leader of operational and engineering experts who produced operational and functional requirements for the new ATM system. Member of procurement team for evaluation of the offers received from ATM Industry suppliers.At the start of the system deployment I was appointed as WP manager for DPS (Data Processing System) which consisted of FDPS, RDPS and HMI segments.
