As the General Manager and Vice President of Halal Markets at BRF, one of the largest food companies in the world, I oversee a $2 billion business unit that operates in more than 40 countries and employs about 7,000 people. I have been in this role for two years, leading the growth and profitability of iconic brands such as Sadia, Banvit, and Perdix.With more than 20 years of international experience across four continents, I have developed a multi-cultural and cross-functional perspective that enables me to drive value creation through results, purpose, and people. I am fluent in four languages and a natural communicator who cherishes diversity and embraces cultural nuances. I am also a Harvard-certified corporate director and an independent board member of the UAE Food & Beverage Manufacturers Group, where I contribute to the sectorial development in the region.
