Installation and service loader crane.- Communication with the customer for to create a technical specifications;- Manage efficient communication between customers and service department and other departments or suppliers and resolve all technical issues- Creating and implementing instruction for installation and service loader cranes, such us: Palfinger, Hiab, Atlas, PM, Fassi and other- Make drawings parts for hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic manifolds and other spare parts for cranes- Calculation and select hydraulic equipment for loader cranes, liftgates, container handlings and tow-trucks- Prepare all procurement specifications. Prepare all technical procedures and bill of materials. Provide support to all material requirements and review all designs to improve performance.- Monitor efficient working of all hydraulic equipments and perform troubleshoot on same. Provide support to all process engineers and hydraulic mechanics. Make required adjustments to instructions and specifications.- Analyze all equipment designs and recommend improvement and implement same and prepare all formal and informal training for all personnel.- Manage all communication with team work and ensure adherence to instruction and standards for installation and service loader cranes
