•Leads the demand planning process and serves as a core team member to support the Hardware Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process with a focus on the Hospitality Industries in Europe.•Responsible for driving the demand planning cycle and leading monthly demand consensus meetings to include generation of a base statistical forecast.•Interfacing with members of Sales, Industry Solutions Group, Product Management, Finance, and Hardware Operations to communicate the Demand Plan at multiple levels to drive our Operating Plan as well as support key metrics and overall business results. •Responsible for managing the S&OP forecasting process to develop a consensus-based demand plan reflecting the most likely forward projections.

• Fulfilling business critical responsibilities for the NCR Hardware Operations organization.• Owns end to end process on customer orders within "order received" to "order delivered/invoiced" cycle and is responsible for customer satisfaction• Focal point between Customer, Sales, Buyers, Suppliers, BOC(processing/invoicing team), Logistics, Production, Staging and Warehouse teams and as such, maintains a pro-active communication with all the parties to get the full picture/order execution process.

• Position responsible for ensuring contractual obligations for services match the databases and support customer expectations• Responsible for entitlements reviews, tracking, monitoring, and driving entitlement resolution• Analytical skillset to document findings, isolate problems, identify trends and create resolution plans; involved with meetings/activities associated with resolution• Maintain accurate records on a daily basis such as tracking and metrics. Prepares reports to show results of completed work• Communicate effectively with all internal business units/departments including but not limited to: WCS groups, Solution and Service Sales, Field Support Centers, Billing Operations Center, and Finance• Works well with others, collaborates to guarantee process adherence for entitlement data• Assist with global entitlement management; provide recommendations for process improvements• Fast-paced, goal-oriented environment working with internal networks to analyze data for correct customer entitlement.• Maintain and update knowledge/skills through training and development opportunities• Familiar with system architect and brings an understanding of contract management systems, order systems and other databases that are used to track customer entitlements
