In this role, I develop financial models primarily for start-up valuation purposes, utilizing Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) methodology to help attract investors. For loan purposes, I create financial models that include ratio analysis, such as Debt Service Coverage Ratio, Debt-to-Equity Ratio, ROI, to evaluate the financial health, repayment capacity of the business, or the profitability of investments.As an Advisory Consultant, I also prepare Confidential Information Memorandums (CIM) and Teasers to support the sale of clients' businesses in the U.S. market. These documents provide potential buyers with critical insights into the business, facilitating a smoother transaction process.Additionally, I write Investor Business Plans and Strategic Business Plans tailored to various stakeholder needs and created Pitch Decks and Sales Decks to effectively present the business’s value proposition and growth potential to investors and other key stakeholders.

Focused on the most complex projects involving advanced technology and innovative ideas, I primarily worked on Start-up Business Plans for a range of cutting-edge business models. This included last-mile logistics solution providers, developers of in-vehicle emergency call systems, medical device research and development companies, blockchain-based decentralized video game publishing platforms, and health-technology start-ups, among others. My work involved creating detailed and strategic business plans tailored to the unique needs and challenges of these emerging sectors. I also handled complex market research projects, including studies on business optimization software, anti-viral textiles manufacturing, and avatar-based AI chat services. These projects required in-depth analysis of market dynamics, technological advancements, and industry-specific trends to provide clients with comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations.

Transitioned to working on more complex business models, mainly in the technology sector, including providers of marketing resource management solutions, mobile game developers, gamified simulation training solutions, and energy management solution providers, among others. Additionally, I began working on Commercial Business Plans, such as Bank Loan Business Plans and Grant Business Plans to support clients in securing financing for various business goals. I also worked on Market Research Projects and Feasibility Studies for simple business models in the U.S. and Canada to assess the viability of various business concepts. For these projects I gathered and interpreted data to identify market opportunities, risks, and trends, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations.

I primarily worked on Immigration Business Plan projects in North America with simple business models such as restaurants, trucking companies, real estate developers, property management firms, bakeries, staffing agencies, and convenience stores. My responsibilities included analyzing documentation provided by clients to gain a clear understanding of their business models, assessing industry trends, and conducting market research to evaluate the feasibility of their business ideas. Additionally, I researched competitors to identify the client's competitive advantages and prepared financial projections for the next five years.
