As Systems IT and Engineering Leader at C6 Bank, I played a fundamental role in the successful contracting and implementation of the S/4 HANA Private Cloud project and integration with the company's core systems using tools included in BTP such as Process Automation and Cloud integrator. For this I used different architectural methodologies such as TOGAF, Waterfall, 5W2H, SAP Activate implementation and agile methodology. The position involved comprehensive leadership, coordination, and technical expertise in managing various aspects of the project lifecycle, and communicating with the various people involved (business, architecture, suppliers, and security).Key Responsibilities:1 - Leadership and Technical Coordination:Led the technical aspects and coordinated the Proof of Concept (POC) process of purchasing management systems, ERP and HR/DP with phase management by Watterfall and requirements gathering through interviews, creating business flows, and preparing SOW documents to guide suppliers (ORACLE and SAP) in this competition.2 - Supplier relationship management:I played a leading role in establishing and maintaining a productive relationship with the SAP supplier. After defining the solution, I was appointed by the Brazilian team as a reference client to support the development of new decoupled solutions, such as SAP Event Mesh and Process Automation.3 - Project Initiation and Governance:Led the initiation and delivery of the S/4 HANA Private Cloud (RISE) project, and creation of the POC and SOW of implementation consultancy, evaluating requirements and technical and cultural adherence to C6Bank.Established and managed project squads.6 - Participation and leadership of the SAP project governance committee

Projeto de formação de professores em Logo.Pesquisa/Preparação de material didático e docência da linguagem Logo para a formação de professores do ensino fundamental, e discentes de matemática da UFMT. Objetivos:- Preparação de material didático especifico para o publico alvo que se destina, delimitando o conteúdo em 30 horas-aula;- Promover a aprendizagem de informática e seu uso na educação para professores de matemática e alunos do ensino fundamental;- Despertar o interesse dos alunos de ensino médio em estudos de linguagem de programação;- Desenvolver o interesse dos alunos do ensino médio em estudos de geometria por meio do uso do computador;- Iniciar assim um conjunto de ações com vista à implementação dos testes da Olimpíada Brasileira de Informática em Rondonópolis em 2013.
