Developing and executing of the procurement and contract management activities for the complex projects. Planning, organizing and managing the procurement process for the projects. Ensuring the procurement process is in adherence to company and client requirements, company policies and procedures for successful delivery of project requirements. Estimating and mitigating procurement risks for the Projects. Purchasing strategy development and execution, RFQ issue, competitive bids evaluation, commercial terms and conditions negotiation, award recommendation, contracts formation and administration of complex engineered equipment and services. Developing and implementing Projects procedures including communication and reporting protocol. Liaising with Project Team to ensure deliverables are met. Interfacing with Project Management team to identify critical equipment, shortages, surplus material and creating action plan. Leading procurement team activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and services. Supporting the expediting of materials and equipment. Developing and maintaining a Project Procurement Plan (registry) and action log. Interfaced with internal and external stakeholders for all matters related to the procurement of Projects materials, equipment and subcontracting work. Approving PO of Project deliverables, equipment and services. Delay analysis, liquidated damages and backcharges administration; reviewing and checking vendors’ and contractors’ invoices for accuracy; vendors’ performance management; team training and development, develop and maintain status reports.
