- Develops and independetly coordinates implementation of optimum interior and engineering solutions for all working premises of Telenor with the aim of supporting company needs, all within planned time frames and budget- Responsible for promoting the design and equipping of work premises in the line with their purpose and HSSE standards- Propose designer solutions for space organisation, materials and furniture as an element of equipment, with elaborating the required budget and schedule implementation plans- Creates plans for the implementation of initiatives and projects for space refurbishing and furniture modification in line with the needs of company business operations- Responisble for finding adequate engineering solutions and, in that sence, serving as support to other team members- Responsible for the organisation of construction works, work quality control and observation of time frames- Responsible for coordination of internal and external associates in the implementations of work premises renovation- Responsible for the preparation of tender and control of technical documentation- Forms and updates (electronic) archives of tehnical documentation of all Telenor buildings and premises- Forms and updates procedures, under which the work process of Design and Acquisition team and others area in the company is performed (and promoted)- Prepares regular reports and presentations in respect of current projects

-Independetly coordinater and follows work processes with aim of suporting company needs and within planned times and budget.- Responsible for the organisation of construction and other works, works quality control and observation of time frames- Providing adequate solutions for all operative requests so as to resolve them in the best possible way- Responsible for coordinating internal and external associates in project implementation- Responsible for the preparation of tender and control of technical documentation, as well as preparations of technical specifications- Prepares regular reports and presentatinons in regard to topical projects- Forms and updates (electronic) archives of technical documentation of all Telenor buildings and spaces.

Lead architect for makeing idea and main architecture projects and interior design projects for the company.- Detail drawings, specifications and technical solutions in all kinds of design. - Coordinating internal and external associates in project implementations.
