While the Salesforce ecosystem is my passion, I’m also knowledgeable across a wide range of third-party integrations and apps (whether I volunteered to become an expert or was held hostage by a client is a story for another day). This experience contributes to my enjoyment of building scalable solutions that not only meet business requirements but ultimately contribute to long-term customer success. Why this career is perfect for me: I thrive under pressure. I live for it. If my plate isn’t overflowing, something is wrong. My colleagues continually ask me if I’m stressed enough. While it’s an ongoing joke between us, it’s also based on facts. It motivates me and helps me continually learn how to work smarter, not harder.I’m based in Gdansk, Poland, and live with my wife Kate and our cat, Arsen. My free time is spent working. Literally. All of it. Occasionally when I do need to unwind, I do so by drinking excessive amounts of caffeine, reading Salesforce release notes, and gaming (I’d really prefer to think of myself as a 65-year old Battlefield veteran) - all of which just end up making me want to get back to work. I’ve also just taken up running in hopes that it will increase my daily stress tolerance even more.
