Responsible for infrastructure of Heineken breweries in Russia (8 breweries, 5 big offices, remote users, about 1700 users, about 200 servers).Projects:Server infrastructure optimization (reduced number of physical servers by virtualization)ITIL improvement (implementation of problem and change management)Migration to central domain (joining all Heineken's OpCo in the world to one domain)Upgrade of mail system (moving to Microsoft cloud from local mail servers)

There were 5 employees in IT department when Swedwood employed me. Organized IT department in 2001.Designed and constructed computer network and telephone network in three buildings.Studied ITIL recommendations and implemented they in the department (created SLA, implemented incident, configuration and problem management).Projects (project manager role):• MRP system (developing and implementation corporate MRP system.
