Responsible for coordination between engineering and production, organizing process and requesting needed tooling, training operators, supporting production with new drawings, inspecting new parts / materials, and notification of the engineering about necessary changes, supporting pilot builds in the plant, routing of the new parts in the shop floor papers and finding a proper location for them on the production line, monitoring flow of the parts from warehouse to the production line, ordering new parts, completing records. Involved in entire build of military trucks (MRAP, KBR), familiar with their assembly drawings and required ITAR regulations.

The job function consists of quality control, process improvement and process implementation, procedure writing and the monitoring in order to ensure effective and correct implementation, completing records to ensure proper documentation. Responsibilities also include various audits such as the Torque Audits, Customer Acceptance Audits, and Dynamic Audits.

Responsible for efficient and correct truck assembly in various stages to produce severe service trucks with no correction work necessary at the end of the assembly line. This work calls for attention to detail and good communication skills to collaborate with team members. Familiarity ranges from 5000, 9000, 8600 to 4000 series of International Trucks as well as Caterpillar, Cummins, and International engines.
