Mishka AI’s main product is Smart Teddy. It’s an interactive plush toy with app control that entertains and educates kids while allowing parents to have some extra free time.Main achievements:– Improved subscribers' LTV by regular content updates– Launched a new content feature (songs) that improved engagement by ~20%. Introducing this feature was considered risky and required a lot of work with stakeholders – Improved 3-month Retention by 15 percentage points by launching various new content features, also resulting in generating positive user reviews on marketplaces, leading to new marketing campaigns with high CTR– Came up with a way to test content ideas faster (1 week instead of 4) and save developers time by building a feature that allowed creating new games without codingResponsibilities: – Find product insights: conduct user & market research (CIS&US), feedback analysis, monitoring analytics – Produce engaging content for Smart Teddy: generate ideas, test hypotheses, write product requirements, oversee production across multiple teams (software, hardware, design, writers, illustrators, methodologists, studio), run usability tests, set up processes and write documentation

Castle Quiz is an educational app that gamifies knowledge testing and learning. I focused on building quality educational content that would attract and retain users. My accomplishments: – Built the core educational content for b2c product from scratch (~60k content units): researched the market, attracted experts, recruited and managed the team (4 editors and over 50 freelance authors), еdited hundreds of texts – Constantly improved content team’s productivity by creating guides, optimizing processes using Scrum; as a result after 3 months we started to deliver according to the plan on a regular basis – Conducted an extensive user research that eventually led to a major pivot into new segments
