It raised over €600,000 in private donations, provided information support to 35.000+ people on a chat hotline, built a monthly audience of over 1,000,000 people on social media channels.✦ As a founding designer, I established a user-centered process to deliver products aligned with user and business goals. This was a significant factor in launching a fully functional conversational support system in just 5 months. The system was used by 300+ support agents to assist over 35.000 people, achieving a stunning customer satisfaction index of 95%.✦ Identified key user and business issues with donation products and led the design and delivery of the new product solution. As a result, we were able to consolidate all donation methods, launch 23 campaigns that raised €500.000+, generate an additional €50.000+ in donor tips, and reduce payment processing costs.✦ Conducted user research to identify pain points in the knowledge base search & navigation and redesigned it to address them, resulting in a 21% increase in usage metrics, and overwhelmingly positive feedback from the volunteer community: “This is all we ever wanted”✦ Regularly aligned a cross-functional team of stakeholders, engineers, designers, and analysts on possible product solutions, development progress, and design roadmaps.
