Current-Booking accommodation for colleagues from other cities who are visiting-Managing business travel expenses by compiling all costs and submitting them to the finance department for reimbursement-Registering colleagues and their family members for voluntary health insurance-Procuring fruit, beverages, office supplies, medicines, and cleaning products for all locations in Serbia-Preparing Welcome packages for new employees-Welcoming clients and providing necessary information-Managing petty cash for reimbursement of onsite costs and small expenses-Reserving meeting rooms and coworking spaces in the calendar-Receiving, paying for, and notifying colleagues of lunch deliveries while keeping track of outstanding payments-Collecting, scanning, and filing all medical leave documents-Informing the Workplace Manager about facility malfunctions-Organizing the procurement of flowers for special occasions-Distributing gifts to employees (team-related, anniversary, holiday, etc.)-Assisting with corporate events held on-site
