Oriented on driving MTX technical support team in solving daily issues within NYC Vaccination Clinical portal, coordinating a team of technicians, and supporting NYC Department of Health staff in timely maintenance of daily vaccination routine. ● Orchestrate team of 2-3 technicians in maintenance of the problems and flows within NYC Vaccination Clinical portal● Provide direct bridge between NYC Department of Health staff on the POD and MTX group project managers● Develop efficient and timely reporting of day events, software/system flaws ● Represent MTX group on various assigned PODs across NYC (Queens, Brooklyn and Harlem)

Main duty is overall supervision an entire institution, with focus on overseeing every section its work. Basic duties are to keep an eye the institution’s financial aspects; along with creation of the plans and strategies achieving more each year; Next to it, I'm responsible in screening of all new managers that working under mine supervision for every department, ensuring that all policies and rules are implemented and followed by every employee and taking responsibility on all the failures and successes of a company; Finally, one of mine key tasks is to enable equality and good relations among the employees.

Previously socially-excluded people have been hired to staff the establishment, allowing them to earn a living – while demonstrating in a normal market environment that, when given a chance, they are more than capable of providing guests with memorable and fantastic experiences. Vrabac was established as an initiative of the Educational Centre Leskovac (EDC) in cooperation with local stakeholders and partners with the aim of contributing to the social inclusion landscape in Serbia by taking an innovative yet practical approach. By providing influencers, decision & policy makers and ordinary citizens who come to visit with exceptional services, Vrabac has the potential to open eyes and minds by serving as living-proof that social inclusion is not just a viable but also a desirable policy for any type of business in Serbia.
