I am a constant learner, who finds joy in helping others and sharing knowledge. Passionate about music, technology and Japanese language, which I - with sporadic breaks - am studying for approximately six years.Up until recently, in my professional life I have had experience of operating enova365 ERP system, providing analysis and statistics utilising Microsoft Excel, managing IT assets or aiding my co-workers and customers in making use of various computer software and hardware, whether as an IT Technician at a medium-sized, family run company or as a Service Desk Agent in a corporation. Aforementioned was being accomplished by applying or sharing related knowledge, attained due to years of experience and exposure.Despite being interested in video games and technology from my earliest years, I prioritised humanities over science and IT during my primary and secondary education. As a result, it was not until University that I was introduced to the idea of programming, which sparked my interest in the subject and led to finding my goal carrer path. During my final months of work as a Service Desk Agent, I attempted to use Independent Development Planning provided by the company to make it a reality. Ongoing epidemiological situation has unfortunately rendered it troublesome. As a result, I had made a difficult decision of leaving my - at the time - current place of work and committed to learning C++ programming language, in order to pursue my dream of becoming a Software Developer, ideally in the beloved Video Game Industry. Followed by over half a year of self-study, I had become competent enough to re-enter the labour market and acquired my first professional experience during brief employment at a medium-sized company, where I was responsible for maintenance and testing of proprietary ERP class system software.In my last place of work, I had been working for over a year as a Junior Software Developer at an international enterprise, tasked with continuous development and maintenance of software aimed towards ARM-based devices for Automotive Industry. Utilised environments, technologies and tools consisted of: Linux, C++, git, Visual Studio Code and Atlassian Product Family.Recently, I returned from my trip to Japan where I had been residing for nearly a year on a Work and Travel Visa basis. There, I tried to deepen my knowledge of the Japanese language, culture and history, while pursuing part-time job opportunities, aiding in financing the stay. Most often volunteering at guesthouses I gained knowledge of omotenashi and how such places operate.
