Attended weekly meetings, provided site visits, and verified existing as-built condition of the terminals B and C. Marketing professional services to potential new clients, following up with existing and well established clients, representing company in the county and city future development meetings. Designed and modified prototypes of several different types of stores for US region. These prototypes also included high winds areas such as Florida and Gulf coast states and seismic regions such as California, Nevada and Arizona. Site adaptation of different types of CVS Pharmacies for a variety states and regions based on the governing building codes with the city or state amendments. Supervised team of draftsmen and engineers-in-training during the construction documents production phase and assisted program architects with the design issues. Modified company design spread sheets for the analysis of the roof snow loading. Provided construction administration phase oversight for most of the stores. Assisted other building programs with their projects such as Best Buy, Grainger Hardware, and Circuit City stores. Was partially involved in the design of the temporary central utility plant for the University of North Carolina.

Timber construction. post-tensioned and precast pre-stressed concrete structures. Assisted other engineers in the office in their design. Performed lateral analysis due to the wind and seismic loads. Coordinated and supervised draftsmen. Performed site visits during construction administration phase of the projects. Attended meeting with clients, bidding conferences, pre-construction and construction meeting on numerous projects. Provided structural assessment of the existing structures and wrote the evaluation/recommendation reports. Prepared construction documents and specifications for the required repairs and repair procedures. Developed office standard stitching repair detail and procedure, mainly used in the precast pre-stressed double tee's flange repair. Provided AutoCAD drawings. While in this position passes Structural I exam and became licensed professional engineer in December of 2004. After this I started leading design and managing projects.

Prepared post-tensioned shop drawings and friction loss calculations for different types of systems: one-way post-tensioned beams and slabs, two-way slabs, transfer girders, commercial post-tensioned slab on grade. Provided site assistance to the general contractor, concrete and formwork contractors. Helped establishing location of the construction joints and construction sequences. Reviewed stressing reports and wrote stressing letters. Attended pre-bidding meetings, pre-construction meetings, provided estimates of the post-tensioning materials and accessories. Did the estimates for over 300 different types of projects such as parking garages, office buildings, hotels, condominiums, mixed-used residential structures throughout US. Approximately 100 projects were awarded. Prepared billing and invoicing information.
