• BTMU - Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi; Collateral Risk System Implementation: This initiative was multi-phased collateral system replacement project for the largest bank in Japan. Project overall budget about 10 million USD.
• Mizuho Bank: Collateral Risk System Implementation: Another truly international implementation with resources from Japan, Australia, Hong Kong and US.

• Based in Hong Kong, responsible for all engagements in Asia Pacific; the team consisted of about 8 project managers and 30 consultants. Constantly traveled between Sydney and Beijing to oversight the projects and.
• DBS Bank: (Singapore) Led the second phase of the global credit solution for the largest bank in South East Asia. The 2.1 million USD project was implemented on time and under budget. (January –> August 2010)
• Westpac: (Sydney, Australia) Market Risk and Collateral: Managed the implementation of the risk systems upgrades for the Australia’s first bank on time and budget. (September –> December 2010)
