In 2006, I accepted the challenge of replacing the Applications Director with over 30 years of experience, and not only could I learn all his Know-How in a short time but also expand this knowledge with new applications that the market demanded.Since 2015, I work also as a Project Manager executing the contracts quality and time and have actively participated in sales as a KAM always taking into account the Win-Win philosophy.In 2017, I have been given the responsibility of managing and analyzing the offers received from Sales Team and distribute them within Project Engineers. In addition to this, It has supposed a big milestone in the company in terms of time investment and human mistakes avoided the offers configurator I have developed.In 2019, I have been given the opportunity to lead the Professional Development Program of Project Engineers and to prepare the Sales Plan for FY20 within the Sales Team.In 2020, I have been given the opportunity to lead the Engineering Department, including team assessment, growth, performance, improvement as it pertains to supporting projects and products, including bid support, project execution, and post execution supportDuring these exciting years, I have learned that any challenge is possible if there is a good team, hard work, professionalism, respect and empathy.
