Support Team Lead
Current- Managing team of engineers and helping them to perform their routine tasks related to customer support with Azure Identity related cases
- Handling schedules and days off of the engineers
- Communication with customers requiring senior assistance and attention
- Managing day-to-day supervisor routine in the team
- Responsible for team’s result and analysis of team’s performance to reach and maintain it at required level
- Reporting to program manager regarding issues and achievements of the team, presenting overall performance and ways to improve it
