Ensure that prototypes meet design specifications and quality standards. Supervise different prototyping phases from rendering to product readiness.- Coordinate development and preparation of Product Packaging and Assembly Guides, formulating detailed, step-by-step assembly procedures.

- Lead Product Development agenda, perform P-FMEA, identify risks, define scope of Development testing.- Define the level of requirements and testing plan for final item.- Work on CBD and Bill of Material data in order to secure efficient cost.- Article administration in internal IKEA documentation system, secure the documentation is up to date and according to IKEA requirements. Secure all 3D, 2D drawings, specs and technical data is on place.- Lead action plan in product development and improvements agenda, cost optimization.

- Lead a Team of 6 engineers.- Project management on a cross - functional level, individual and team goals setting.- Responsibility for products start–up, providing required data for financial, planning and production departments, execute testing of news on production.- Bill of Material, Production path, planned efficiency data creation, Budgeting of tools and indirect costs for production. - Responsibility for products changes handling.- Continuous work on common unit’s KPI's in Safety, Quality, Performance and Costs.- Product development in a collaboration with New Business Team.

- Production start-up in responsible area, participation in acceptance test of newly installed packaging machines. Secure NPC’s and Productivity is according to Documentation.- Product start-up in responsible area including all required preparation activities. (Checking new materials, pre-production testing, collecting data regarding NPC and efficiency planned on item level, resources required, documentation preparation)- Responsible for product compliance to IKEA requirements.- Collaboration with material and equipment suppliers in case of cost optimization and quality.- Continuous testing for new materials, processes, and ways of working to secure cost efficiency and quality.- Participation in LEAN teams, losses analyses, root cause analyses, work on line balancing and efficiency increase.

- Project management in Safety, Efficiency and People development Teams- 50% reduction of annual maintenance time of bottling machine (Project)

- Responsible for process in Paint shop on “General Motors” car plant in Saint-Petersburg- Continuous follow-up of quality, efficiency and costs KPI’s on a daily, weekly and monthly level.- Continuous follow-up of SPC data and corrective actions handling- Responsible for process changes.- Responsible for testing and implementation of new materials, methods and processes.- Responsible for procedures development and staff trainings.- Work in collaboration with production, quality and technical departments.
