Main activities: Elaboration of technical standards process and annual budgets of specic consumption of grinding media, binders and electricity; Management of performance indicators and performance optimization with focus on productivity, quality and reduction of variable costs of unit operations in iron ore preparation and inputs adding of pelletizing plants 5-7, mostly in the comminution area (milling and roller press) performed in the last two years.Milestones: - Participation in the marked balls test for performance analysis of different chromium alloys in grinding mills 5 and 6;- Greenbelt project development to increase specific surface gain of the high pressure roller press (HPGR);- Daily reports elaboration of the operations process: milling, pressing, mixing, thickening and homogenizing;- Optimization of grinding to reduce productivity losses after unavailability of Iron ore complex of Mariana;- Modeling and basicity control in the production of pellets for blast furnace.- Adequacy of balling disks to change the hydrated lime binder to bentonite.

Main activities: Participation in the Talent Development Training for Product Manager functions activities involving the following responsabilities: development of purchasing department strategy from the assortment of settings, stock trading and regionalization, strategy formulation of follow up plans, results planning and follow up, management of main KPIs and construction of range plan support.
