About Igor Zlobinski

I have been designing and developing applications of different types and functionalities: Windows and Android OS clients for SOAP and REST services with MS SQL and Oracle backends, ICAO standard based SDKs for biometrics enabled documents with API greatly simplifying integration developers’ tasks, Windows IIS based WCF servers. Many of them was deployed and successfully utilized for many years at different customers sites. Last time I was learning technologies using RESTful MVC pattern (Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET MVC).
