Responsible for project management and the designing of railway signaling and interlocking systems.As the Head of the department:- Leadership of the department of designing signaling and interlocking systems for Moscow Metro (three engineering groups, 12 persons in sum, simultaneous managing of multiple projects).- Verification of project solutions on the subject of compliance with safety requirements.- Choosing microelectronic, relay, power supply and other kinds of equipment according to technical requirements.- Calculation and plotting the graph of safe driving mode according to safety requirements and technical specification of equipment and locomotives.- Development and approval of technical solutions.- Designing schemes for railway safety systems, power supply and dispatching systems.- Commissioning of new and modernized metro stations.- Coordination with other departments.- Mentorship.- Management of the design process, including verification of compliance with rules, manuals, standards, and system requirements.- Budgeting of the department.As a Project manager, coordinate all administrative aspects of a project, such as:- Negotiations and contracting with the Customers and subcontractors.- Budget forecast and planning, including cost calculations, its approval by state authorities, determination of profitability, and budget allocation.- Development and approval of technical specifications.- Maintaining communication among different business units and cross-company communication (Superstructure design department (D.), Energy design D., Communication systems design D., etc.).- Detailed scheduling and controlling technical and administrative components of the projects to satisfy customer requirements, meet deadlines and financial targets.

Interlocking logic software development for EBILock 950. (ILL, ILS, testing).- Preparation and execution of scenario-based instructions for automatic testing to find and fix critical faults. (Python, C#)- Writing scripts for auto-generation test instructions (Python).- Simulation of station functioning (routes, points, signals, and additional features) using EQSIM and EQGRAPH.- Development of technical solutions for the HW-HW interface between the relay-based and computer-based systems, including an adaptation of ILL and writing software documentation.- Writing the safety evidence of the software.

- Designing of signaling and interlocking systems for the Moscow metro.- Leading a team of 4 engineers.- Development and agreement of technical solutions, which comply with safety requirements.- Negotiations regarding different parts of a project with other departments and customers.- Drawing up lists of materials (cable, relay, transformer, power supply unit, transmitter, receiver, etc.)- Testing and commissioning signaling and interlocking systems.- Supervision of construction.
