▪ The scope of my current job is placed within Sector for the Coordination of International Economic Aid (SCIA);▪ Preparation of questionnaires, conducting an interviews, do the data crunches, make analysis and prepare the yearly report with policy recommendations on behalf of Ministry of Finance and Treasury on adherence of the Paris declaration principles in BiH and report on donor’s activities in BiH Donor Mapping Report (DMR). Reports can be find at www.mft.gov.ba or http://www.donormapping.ba ;• Providing proposals for design and development of a new database for tracking donor activities;▪ Act as a secretariat of Donor Coordination Forum (DCF) in BiH, which involves organization of quarterly meetings and working on its promotion, agenda, presentations, materials and conclusions, as well as distributions of all above mentioned between participants;▪ Planning and dealing with costs of the DCF meetings;▪ Drafting and conciliation of 3-years Budget Framework Paper (BFP) for the whole SCIA;▪ Financial Management of 3 technical assistance projects that provide support to SCIA (funded by Sida, Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) and bilateral assistance from Holland’s Embassy);▪ Responsible for budget management and its conciliation with accounting and reporting standards of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH for all 3 projects mentioned above;▪ Evaluated necessary accounting procedures and conducted different procedures for public bidding for all 3projects mentioned above;▪ Exploration of implementation of the Paris Declaration principles on Aid Effectiveness in BiH for the purpose of OECD's 2011 Survey on progress in implementing the Paris Declaration.
