After years in most of roles any IT startup has I got huge amount of inspirations and ideas to contribute. Started as developer at 2012, leaded or participated more than 20 projects afterwards as lead developer, and product/project manager. Efficient development is something I love since I started my career as coder, but it's not possible to deliver good products alone, but possible with a team full of passion to do something great. That's how Devhouse appeared. We helped a lot North Europe startups, we collected a lot of relevant experience to help further. Our mission: be the best tech partner to any kind of tech startup.Something I believe:- Best ideas/products appears only when you are full in something, it's not possible to deliver a good thing with a half-focus on it- A good team is a team where everybody can talk to everybody, flat approach is best, for bigger team it's better to do a split with the same approach- By helping people around we help yourself- Being in zone of comfort stops you from progressing OR minor level of stress is required to have a progress- Positive thinking does energises you, negative - exhaustsEnjoy you day!
